Miguel 36 y.o. gay guy from Spain looking for room to rent on a short term basis (i.e. 2 months). I am currently in Spain and planning to move to London to look for work so I would depend on my jobhunt to stay there. I am friendly, extremely well mannered, very considerate and reliable. I treat everyone the same way I like to be treated. I have two degrees in Languages and am qualified as a teacher. I am looking for a room (double preferably) in a shared flat/house inclusive of all modernities. I need Internet access for my jobhunt. The room as well as the shared parts of the flat/house would have to be furnished, very clean and in good state. I don't do dirt, lack of hygiene or rooms in danger of collapse.
