The park has a sport center with high tech new gym with all facilities. The hoouse is particulary big and all the rooms are large size. The room is furnished but if necesary I can add or remove any item if requested. It overlooks the garden at the back of the house so is very quiet ond cosy. It has a television for personal use. The house is occupied by a gay couple who are both professionals and non smokers. We cook every day and do not mind eating with the roomamte at the table. In the house lives also our dog a GreatDane who is very socialble and does not bark ever. The ideal person would have a profession and financially secure.
